As soon as the auto attendant answers the call,
Select 5 and leave a voice mail. This voice mail will be
automatically forwarded to one of our Claims Personnel.
    Damage to your home and personal property:

  • Take steps to protect your property from further damage. Temporary repairs may be necessary to prevent additional damage;
  • Contact your Agent/Broker or our Claims Representative as soon as possible;
  • Damage as a result of vandalism or theft must be reported to the police immediately;
  • Contact your bank if your claim involves the loss of a credit card.


  • Liability Claims Against You:

    A person who has sustained injury or property damage as a result of your alleged negligence may expect compensation. In the event of a possible claim, report all information regarding the incident to your agent/broker.

  • Do not discuss the incident with anyone representing the person claiming against you;
  • Do not accept responsibility;
  • Co-operate fully with your Claims Representative.


  • Theft:

    If your home is broken into:

  • Contact the police immediately;
  • Call your agent/broker or report directly to the Company Claims Department;
  • Protect your property from further damage;
  • Start an inventory of missing items and their values.
